Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
- Assist with facility improvements and upgrades as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with logic controllers and other industrial control systems
- Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to supervise and lead a team when necessary
